Birth Doula Services

Classic Birth Services: $850

I am here to serve and support you during your pregnancy and birth journey! I offer two prenatal visits, 24/7 on-call in the weeks surrounding your due date, my constant unwavering support for your during your labor and birth, and one postpartum visit. As a client you have access to me once the contract is signed for questions and support. You also have access to my local resources and information to help you plan for your birth and postpartum time. Since each woman and her needs and circumstances are different, I tailor my services and education specifically for your unique needs. I offer payment plans for those who need flexibility. The consultation for my birth services are always free. I serve and support families at hospitals, birth centers and home births!

48 Hour Session with Ali Popp from Ali Brassel Photography: +$200

You receive all of the benefits and support from my Classic Birth Services plus a 48 Hour session with Ali Popp from Ali Brassel Photography (see her work here) to help capture those earliest and sweetest moments. You will receive a 30 minute session and an online gallery with your beautiful photos. To help streamline these services, I will be in contact with Ali so that she can contact you to schedule your session after your baby is born. Lactation Support with Rachel Koester CLC

• Prenatal Visit $100 - Perfect for the mom looking to gain more information about breastfeeding before the birth of her baby or the mom looking to refresh her breastfeeding skills before her baby is born. This visit can be done virtually, in-office or in-home.

• Postpartum Initial Lactation Visit/Assessment $175 - Perfect for the mom looking for immediate lactation support after the birth of her baby. Rachel will be there to help you support you as you and your baby begin you breastfeeding journey from the very beginning.

Postpartum Doula Services: $30 an hour, Pricing Packages Listed Below

I am here to serve you and support your healing journey during your postpartum time. I help to support your healing journey by creating an environment that best supports healing and bonding as a family, through education and nurturing care. I am up to date on the latest baby care information, sleep and sleep safety information, so with educational, emotional, and physical support I can help make your helping journey a time of rest and growth. Currently my hourly rates are for day time and evening hours. My postpartum services are great for any family looking for extra support after the arrival of their baby!

I have teamed up with a local Family Lifestyle Photographer Ali Popp with Ali Brassel Photography (see her work here) to offer you a special 48 Hour Session to help capture those earliest and sweetest memories. You will receive a 30 minute session and a online gallery of you beautiful photos. This special service can be added on to any of my postpartum doula packages.

I have also teamed up with a local CLC, Rachel Koester to help you reach your breastfeeding goals. With her knowledge and guidance you will be supported and nurtured on your breastfeeding journey!

Cloth Diapering Class: $30

If you're interested in learning more about the benefits and “how to” of cloth diapers I can offer you help. I believe cloth diapering should be made simple for everyone! No more searching blogs or Pinterest for tips or how toos, this class lays out all the information you need to start your cloth journey with confidence and ease! We will discuss the different types of cloth diapers available to families and how to develop a cleaning method that will work for you. Cloth diapering is an area in which I am well experienced and I love to support families in helping them make it work for the long term. This is a service already included in my birth and postpartum services! When you fill out my contact form please indicate that you are specifically interested in a cloth diaper consult. This service is also included with my birth and postpartum services with no extra charge.

Birth and Postpartum Planning: $100

If you are unsure you want to hire a doula for your birth or postpartum time but you still have a lot of questions or need help with a birth plan or a postpartum plan, then a consultation may be what you need! There is an overwhelming amount of information and opinions out there about everything relating to pregnancy and birth. Using the most up to date research and my experience as a doula I can provide you with the information you need to help you navigate any situation or questions you may be facing during your pregnancy. I can even help you create a birth map or a postpartum plan! I offer consultations in person (St. Louis and Greater St. Louis area only), over the phone, or email. This service is different than the free consultations I offer for my birth and postpartum services.
